Because i have many experience.An example for that is that i worked my way up from a meber to a admin on the etherion-hearts server. Unfortunately this server is now dead :(
Also i'm a great builder and i can build really complex redstone circuitrys :D (If you don't trust me you can ask MegaHans)

We dont need builders, we need mature and experienced staff that help people not physicly but rather giving them instructions and solving problems.
