These are the rules found in-game. You can quickly check it here or use /warp spawn when you are in-game.

1. Do not swear
2. Do not insult
3. Do not ask for money/items/ranks
4. Do not spam
5. Do not abuse bugs
6. It is ok to grief in the winderness
7. Do not argue with members of the staff
8. Do not build towns near /warp wilderness (or near the spawn building for that matter)
9. Don't kill spree
10. Do not talk with only caps.
11. Do not build a nether portal.
12. Do not make multiply accounts.
